Beach & Bay Condo Rates
• Thirty (30) night minimum stay.
• All taxes, fees, and cleaning are included in the rates. • U.S. Dollars only. • 50% of rent as deposit & signed rental agreement to hold reservation. • Remaining balance due 30 days prior to arrival date. • One $500.00 cash refundable damage deposit due by arrival date if all tenants are 30 years old or older. • Each tenant from 18 to 29 years old will need to provide a $500.oo cash refundable damage deposit due by arrival date. • Each tenant will provide a copy of their government issued identification card and will show the same identification card during check in. • If balance due is late, the reservation will be cancelled and the condo will be put back up for rental. If it rents before payment is received, the owner will refund any amount over the deposit that I can recover from the other renter. • Full refunds with at least a 60 day notice. • 50% of total rent will be refunded with a 30-60 day notice. • Cancelation with less than a 30 day notice receives no refund. • I accept cash, credit/debit cards, PayPal. • No pets. No smoking in the condo or on the condo balcony. • Contact me if you have questions, requests, alternate, and/or last minute reservations. |
Winter - Off Peak Season - October 1 - March 31.
$2,000.00 for one month (30 nights). That's $65.00 per night. $1,800.00 per month for two or three consecutive months. $1,600.00 per month for four, five, or six consecutive months. If you want to add days to any of the rates above, the rate will be prorated. Summer - Peak Season - April 1 - September 30. $3,000.00 for one month (30 nights). That's 100.00 per night. $2,750.00 per month for two or three consecutive months. $2,500.00 per month for four, five, or six consecutive months. If you want to add days to any of the rates above, the rate will be prorated. |
